Early in my career, I fell in love with the shape of this basket. It is inspired by the work of Indian Anne, a basketmaker in Tabernacle, NJ.
My work basket is strong and has oak runners that are secured with copper rivets. Choose which side to attach the handles. Either on the 24" long side, or on the 20" side, to make it easier to carry through doorways.
